How to use :

Wet nose area thoroughly with clean warm water, please note strip will not adhere if the skin is dry. With dry hands open the nose strip sachet and peel the nose strip off the plastic liner. Apply the shiny side facing your skin and leave for 10-15 minutes. When it dries remove starting from the edges towards the center. If the strip adheres too strongly or is painful to remove, wet the skin thoroughly until the strip is easy to remove.
