How to use: 

Start by washing your hands and assembling the parts, ensuring a good seal. Press the power button to start in stimulation mode, which warms and massages the breast to encourage let-down. After about two minutes, the pump will automatically switch to expression mode, where you can adjust the suction level to your comfort to collect milk.
