Before sun exposure, generously apply the Spray SPF 50+ to the face and/or body (for example, 6 sprays on average on the forearm).
Spray a light mist of Avène Thermal Spring Water Spray. 
After sun exposure, cleanse and dry your skin, then generously apply the Creamy gel to the face and body to hydrate and soothe your sensitive skin.

Before going out in the sun, generously apply Spray SPF 50+ to the face and body.
After sun exposure, cleanse the skin with the Gentle shower gel
Spray a light mist of Avène Thermal Spring Water Spray.
Once skin is clean and dry, apply a generous amount of the After-sun repair - Creamy gel to the face and body.
