For the fine hair, use after shampooing, apply a small amount to mid-lengths and ends. Leave on for 2 to 3 minutes. Rinse thoroughly.
For the thick hair, use after shampooing, apply a quarter-sized amount to mid-lengths and ends. Leave on for 5 to 10 minutes. Rinse.
