How to use:

Adults: 2 to 3 capsules per day with glass of water at mealtime.

Children from 6 to 12 years: Take 1 capsule per day with a glass of water at mealtime;

Children from 13 to 18 years: Take 2 capsules per day with a large glass of water at mealtime.
