Start by shaking this throat syrup well before each use.
For adults: 2 measuring spoons of 5 ml, 3 times a day for up to 5 days (i.e. 30 ml).
For children over 7 years of age: 1 measuring spoon (5 ml) 3 times a day for up to 5 days (i.e. 15 ml).
