      How to use:

      Shake well for at least 5 seconds before each use to mix the two phases.
      Apply generously to dry skin at least 30 minutes before sun exposure.
      Reapply every 2 hours and after swimming, sweating, or towel drying.
      Avoid prolonged sun exposure, especially during peak sunlight hours.
