How to use:
Inhalation : Place 2 to 3 drops on a tissue or pillow
and inhale deeply
Steam inhalation: 1 drop + 2 drops Ravintsara in
simmering water, cover head with a towel and inhale
a few minutes.
Diffusion: Place 20-25 drops in a candle heated
ceramic diffuser or according to instructions in an
electrical diffuser. Preferably mix with other essential
oils to reduce irritation risk.
Topical and massage: In adults, dilute 2-3 drops in
5ml of natural vegetal oil and massage chest or back
Not suitable for small children and asthmatic
patients. May be irritant in diffusion - mix with
other essential oils
