Frankincense is made from the resin of the Boswellia tree, a tree native to India, the Middle east and Africa. Frankincense possesses a spicy and woodsy scent.
According to ayurvedic medicine, frankincense has many health benefits. It’s anti-inflammatory which reduces joint inflammation caused by arthritis as well as inflammation in your gut which can reduce symptoms of IBS and and ulcerative colitis. How To Use;

Diffusion: Place 20-25 drops in a candle heated
ceramic diffuser or according to instructions in an
electrical diffuser
Massage: 3 drops in 3 drops of neutral vegetal oil and
massage on solar plexus or spine and inner wrists.
Skin & wound healing: 2-3 drops in 5 ml of neutral
vegetal oil or organic aloe vera (in inflamed skin or
wounds)
Muscle & Joints: Depending on surface, 3-5 drops in
5 to 10 ml of neutral vegetal oil and massage the
affected area
