These versatile packs can be used cold to alleviate engorgement or hot to address plugged ducts and mastitis. They also enhance breast pump efficiency by encouraging milk let-down and reducing pumping time.
How to use:
For Cold Therapy: Place the gel pack in the freezer for at least two hours, then apply directly to the affected area to reduce swelling and relieve engorgement.
For Hot Therapy: Microwave the gel pack for the specified time (as per the instructions) and place it on the breast to soothe plugged ducts and mastitis.
With a Breast Pump: Wrap the warm gel pack around the breast pump flange to aid milk flow and maximize pumping efficiency.
