Novadiet Elementales Magnesium Bisglycinate provides 100 mg of elemental magnesium per tablet, from 500 mg of magnesium bisglycinate. Magnesium contributes to normal muscle function and the maintenance of normal bones, and helps reduce tiredness and fatigue.

How to use;
