Complete protection by generously applying the Cream SPF 30 (1 finger of product to the face and neck). 
Spray a light mist of Avène Thermal Spring Water Spray. 
After sun exposure, cleanse and dry your skin, then generously apply the Creamy gel to the face and body to hydrate and soothe your sensitive skin.
